FAQ’s

  • Our minimal walk fee includes a walk leader, who has previously mapped out the trail for you. You get to be a part of the She Walks women’s community, some delicious trail snacks and the option to carpool.

  • We’ve always encouraged carpooling so that we can be as planet friendly as possible, plus sharing a car is a great way to meet new women! Please reach out via Instagram DMs and we will add you to a carpooling chat.

  • To help you decide which walk suits your fitness levels, we include a walk grading at the bottom of each event. The grading - Easy, Moderate and Hard. Easy walks are those that are relatively flat and under 3 hours in length. Medium Walks are 3 hours plus in length with some undulation. Hard walks are generally hikes on technical tramping tracks where there are several climbs, roots to navigate and are long in length normally 4 hours plus.

  • We respect your wellbeing so we operate in all weather’s except those unsafe like thunderstorms and heavy rain. We do our best to track the weather the week of each walk and will keep you updated if we need to postpone. We will always announce postponement via email and then you will have the option to join us on the new date or cancel your ticket.

  • Every walk is unique so we will always send you a pre-walk email including all the essentials to bring for a top day! Essential’s every walker should consider bringing - Water, Snacks, All Weather Clothing and a good pair of grippy trainers or hiking boots.

  • All walks are refundable (minus the EB booking fee) up to 24 hours before the walk via Eventbrite, please email us to request a refund.
