What's in Store?
🌲 Nature Walk: Enjoy a gentle 8km loop (2 hr) around Orewa Estuary where you will discover serene waterways, native birds, and gorgeous scenery.
🎁 Picnic: At the end of the walk, unwind and connect over a cozy picnic by the beach. We'll bring the festive vibes—BYO snacks or treats to share. We’ve allowed 2 hours for this, feel free to come and go as you please.

What’s On the Agenda?
Get your hiking boots on and your camera ready for a moderate 8 km coastal walk that will take your breath away! You'll start with a scenic beach stroll before tackling a fun, steep climb to a lookout point that offers jaw-dropping views from Bream Head all the way down to the Tāwharanui Peninsula.
Track rating: This walk is a rated moderate, you'll need to be okay walking 2-3 hours non-stop and uphill.

Meander past ancient pōhutukawa trees clinging to the cliffs.
Descend to a stony beach and choose to stroll back along the shore (only at low tide—nature’s timing is key!).

SCULPTURE TRAIL & Afternoon Tea
Join us for an afternoon of art, nature, and connection at Brick Bay! Enjoy a leisurely walk through an exhibition of contemporary sculptures set amongst native bush, wildlife, and picturesque ponds. After the walk, we'll gather for afternoon tea where you can order tea and cake and relax in the glass house overlooking the vineyards! Dreamy right?!

This stunning 7-8 km out-and-back trail starts at the Twelve Mile Delta car park. Follow the shore of Lake Wakatipu, taking in the beautiful lake views and native bush, before reaching the panoramic views at Bob’s Cove.
move & groove Walk
Join us to celebrate the joy of movement on this unique dance-walk!
We're shaking up our usual Sunday stroll and adding some more movement & music. Mid-way round this loop walk we will pause for a soulful dance to some carefully selected beats, inspiring you to move and groove to your heart's content. There is no need for prior dance experience—just come as you are and be ready to have a blast!
Event Highlights:
A leisurely guided loop walk around the Clifton peninsula in Whitford (approx 10k).
A halfway soulful dance (30 mins) to the beats of organic house, jazz house and instrumental beats.
Opportunities for further connection at the village coffee shop/pub afterwards.
This event is open to women aged 18+ and all fitness levels. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking in natural terrain.

During this nature bathing walk, your nature guide will lead you through the tranquil setting of Long Bay Regional Park, where you'll learn to slow down, tune in to your senses, and embrace the present moment. Through a series of guided activities, you'll awaken your senses, connect with the natural world, and tap into the cleansing energy of the ocean!

This Nature Bathing walk is open to all aged 18 and above and curious about deepeding their relationship with nature, this activity may suit those curious to learn more about Shinrin Yoku or those simply seeking calm. We recommend wearing comfortable attire and footwear suitable for walking in natural terrain. If the ground is damp, bring along a yoga mat or something to sit comfortably on.
